Think positive - Live longer & healthier.

It has been discovered that those who have faith and trust in God can deal better with life incidents than those who do not believe in God. Those who do not believe in God would give up earlier and would be more negative .

The tongue is a very powerful weapon, speak negatively and the negatives will find you . The mind can be controlled by the tongue and if you are not careful with your tongue , you can find those words coming back to haunt you .

Whatever negative things occur in his life, an optimist would view it positively and be in control of the situation.
He would expect things to get better and he will not be much affected or stressed out by that events.

I am an optimist. I like to look at the positive sides of events. Whatever bad happens, I would be fatalistic about it.

We have to accept that there are things which happens and it is inevitable and it is fated.
Many events in our life are destined to happen whether you like it or not.It is written in the Book Of Life.

If an accident is going to happen to you , it will happen no matter how unless it is not fated or through some divine interventions.Just as many women worry about everything .

Why worry about it when you cannot do anything in your power?You have to cast your worries on to Jesus and let Him deal with your worries. We need to have this kind of mindset.

You use your limited resources from your brain for useless activities like worrying . You should instead pray to God and quit worrying .

Having a positive attitude can lower your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The problem is just a mole hill but you made it look like a big mountain.

It can improves your physical and mental well beings as you will eat healthy foods and have regular exercises and avoid those bad habits like smoking ,drinking and not sleeping enough.

Want to live longer - think positive for a healthy mind and a healthy body!
