When Your Husband Leaves You For Another Woman .

Who is to be blamed? Is it the husband or the wife or both or neither ?

A counselor turned author , psychotherapist Gary Neuman claims that women are to be blame for their husbands' indiscretions. In his book, 'Advice in The Truth About Cheating: Why Men Stray and What You Can Do to Prevent It.'

That is from the man's point of view while women think this is an appalling perspective. We need to see both sides of the opinions before we will know the truth as the man and woman do not hold the same views over the same matter. We will have to compromise over the differences.

He recommends women take a subservient role in marriage.woman should praise her man for providing for the family, even if she earns more than him. In any marriage, praises should be bountiful and criticisms and complaints should not see the day lights.

Mr Neuman's advice includes always forgiving him, providing sex on demand and taking an interest in his hobbies.This should keep him by your side and he will not leave you for another.

Have you done that? Most women would do the opposite and that's why there are so many divorces. I find that many non Christians cannot forgive easily and they always keep grudges and this is bad for their health. The fire burns them more than him and they will wait for the chance to repay him.

The man continues to shoot poison arrows at her and conveniently forgets what he has done afterwards and act nonchalantly while those poison arrows are stuck in her heart and festers for days and months and sometimes years...

This opinion originates from most females .The females have this intuitive feelings and they always feel they are right.They did their best  but it was not enough for the men.

In such a situation we need to see the perspective from both sides. It is not about the woman's perspective only as it cannot be all the truth. She may see the problem only from her side and not from her husband's position. Her husbands views are also important. This is what makes a relationship viable and long lasting.

In your husband's eyes, you could have been too demanding, too lethargic, too neat, too dumb, to slim, or too plump or not enough sex which is usually the main problem.

We cannot say it is the man or the woman's fault unless we deal with a case by case basis.
On a general consensus basis , I think the man leaves simply because he does not get what he wants in a marriage .

Husbands leave for many reasons ,it could be boredom or the lack of passions or the lack of communications or love just died and flew out of the windows.

Retiring Abroad ?

It is human nature to want the best and we think that the grass is always greener on the other side of the world.

We may face discrimination's in our own country or think that we are being sidelined by the government policies and as a result we find the option of going abroad a welcoming prospect.

We may think that they are earning much more than we are over here relatively but it is only when they earn there and spend here that they enjoy the benefits . If they are staying there and spending there , it does not make much of a difference.

For those who are gifted or professionals , the sky is the limit because the government there recognized talents unlike here where there are glass ceilings and you cannot move up even if you are very talented because of the color of your skin.

Most people on this side of the world think that the USA or any Western countries is a good place to retire abroad or emigrate. There maybe some good advantages living there but it is not a bed of roses. You will have to deal with the different climate ,the people, the culture and the food .

Most of us like to day dream after watching and reading all those news about those countries and think it is an ideal place to live in. There are those who have been living abroad who felt like wanting to come back but because of red tape are unable to do so.

Many talented Malaysians are living abroad and we are experiencing a major brain drain and human resources .The authorities does not give a damned and wished them good riddance .

For the rest of us who are neither rich nor have special talents ,we are stuck here forever come what may.We can only dream and watch the other side of the world on the T.V monitors.

Though if given the chance to emigrate, I think i will stay put here . We have been so familiar with the lifestyle here and uprooting from here can be a very momentous decision.

My life is so simple and peaceful and I am contented and we have to bend with the times or where the political wind blows.

Where ever you are , there is no milk and honey and you have to work to earn your livings.After so many years living here and to uproot and plant yourself in another foreign land and to start all over again can be very depressing and demoralizing.

We were born here and we will die here and as for our children , they can decide if they want to go abroad .They are young and the outside world beckons to them.

Woman's Fears...

Women age faster than men . They worries too much and fears one too many. From childhood , they develop the fear syndrome or it is inbued into their complex system during their upbringings .She will develop this insecure feelings all her life.

They are shackled by the social , political and  patriarchal culture which portrayed them as weaklings and incapable of self protection  or preservation's. It was essentially making them a second class citizen and subservient to the men until the 50's when they fought for their civil rights and emancipation's.

Their fears are real and the men need to understand their vulnerability. Woman's psychological fears can be frightening and can sometimes immobilized them .

They can fear success , failures, rapes ,death , diseases, the pain of childbirth, rejections, making mistakes, losing their husbands,divorce ,custody of their children , fear of the future, and the list is too long to categorize here.

If she is a married women , she will have this fear of her husband leaving her  one day for somebody else.She watches over him like a guard dog and bares her teeth at any intruders which comes within range of her territory. Even just looking at another girl  can send her blood temperature up.

If she does not know how to handle her fears , she can be very neurotic and become sick from those fears.

We know we are only human and if we know the truth and be knowledgeable , we will conquer those ill founded and irrational fears and live a more healthy life.

We cannot change the future nor be able to see what will happen in the future.

Would You Bare Your Boobs In Public?

Why can the men go topless and the women cannot ?

It is because women have boobs and the men fear that they cannot control their sexual urges .In the Islamic world , the women have to cover up everything from head to toe and only the eyes are uncovered.

HUNDREDS of scantily clad women have gathered in Los Angeles to protest against rules stopping them from baring their boobs in public. The law is sexist and gender bias.This could be sexual discrimination.Should not the law be equal and fair ?

In some primitive society in some parts of this world , the woman's boobs are usually exposed and they do not feel anything about it but in the modern society, the law makers deemed it fit that women should covered up or risked being arrested and fined or thrown into jail.

It is considered indecent and illegal to exposed one's boobs in public according to our forefathers because they must have known the consequences of such an action. That is why they have formulated those laws to have women covered up their assets.

Such protest can only originate in the US or some Scandinavian countries where the women are more liberal minded and very progressive . If they are successful in repealing the laws , then , I believed there would be more accident cases as the men drivers will not be able to keep their eyes on the road.. LOL!

Even when fully dressed up, the men cannot stop ogling at women and if any woman were to walk around topless, their world would go haywire and tumble down. There is no denying the man's preoccupations with the female boobs.

Men Want Women To Be More Traditional ?

Seems like an oddity in the present times when women are working and earning big bucks. How would one reconcile with the traditional concept of marriage to the modern women?

Are we retrogressing or that the modern women are tired of handling both jobs and prefer to go back to their traditional ways . Can the modern and liberated women break out from this traditional thinking precepts ?

She may succeed but at a very high cost to herself because she may not realize her dreams of having her own family. Her chances of finding a partner is quite slim and they end up being single and free.

They may enjoy total freedom but their life will not be fulfilled and something is always missing in their life.

According to a recent research , most men want a traditional wife. They would rather prefer a traditional wife if they have a choice but sometimes circumstances does not afford them this luxury.

This being a materialistic world and they need to have two incomes to survive in the present world and maintain their lifestyles.

Most men are looking for the good attributes of a women , like taking care of the family and home. It would be like an extension of their mother's personalities where she takes care of everything including him.

Both will have to share the load and the responsibilities of running the home. The notion where the men is the sole breadwinner and the women handles all the household tasks is antiqued and such scenario is a thing of the past.

There should be no stereotype male or female spheres of influence and they must help each other in every departments where ever possible .

Giving up a high paying job is not easy but when you have come to a cross road , you will have to decide which way to turn. When you come to the bridge, you will have to decide whether to cross it or stay behind.

Are Today's Modern Men Immature , Insensitive And Sex Mad ?

Today's young men are different from the young men of a generation ago. Each succeeding new generations will have it"s own standards and norms of behaviours. Whether they are good or bad depends on each individual's outlook.

The world has changed a lot with the advent of all those technological and electronic inventions and new gizmos. The computer age has  created a border less world .You can connect with each other any where on this planet and distance is no barrier.

The computer is like your window to the world and you do not have to get out of the house to enjoy seeing the world.You can do it within the confines and comforts of your house.

The young people of today speaks a different language and their characters are moulded by the events and happenings of the new world .The young men of yesteryear's were not as tempted as what the new generations are facing now.

The older generations may typecast these young men as being childish, immature , insensitive and sex obsessed. The new generations are a pampered lot and most of them have not face hardships or know what hardship is all about.

They grow up in some middle class family background and because they have not faced any big problems in their life, they live a sedate lifestyle and their maturity are somewhat slower and lower  as compared to the last generations.

What is maturity ?

This is not easy to quantify as various people have different ideas about maturity. In my opinion , a person is only matured when s/he is married and have children. You may be old in years but if you do not marry or have kids, you are not really matured and you tend to have a lower maturity level than a married person of a younger age than you. Responsibility comes with maturity.

Maturity is just a perception and where do we use a yardstick to measure a person's maturity?

If you belong to the older generations , then you will see that today's teens are less matured than them. They are caught in the headlong traffic of getting a degree and it is all about study and study and getting the right results.

They are a pressured lot and achievements are expected upon them by their parents. It is like a rat world .Everyone wants to win  and are afraid to lose.

With the computer age, more pornography is available and sex crimes are on a rise . I would not say that they are sex mad but they do not believe in the sanctity of marriage anymore  and have sex whenever available .

In the present world, it is normal to have kids outside of marriage and sleeping around is very common.Having multiple sex partners is also the norm these days. Some females would say that some men are more geared towards sex than the responsibilities that it brings. Sex without any strings attached.

This is just my generalizations only as there are many men that are matured , sensitive and not sex mad. You read about women not finding the right men because of these factors. How true is it?

Maybe , another factor is men are getting more effiminate and laid back and waiting for the women to come after them.

I'm Single But Not Desperate Because...

THEY are young ,in their twenties ,attractive, well-educated, have good careers and are financially independent. They have lots of capital and can afford to choose the best of the best .

They expect only the best and have set a very high criteria for their Mr. Right. The reason why they are still single is because no men are able to matched their criterion's. They keep looking for the perfect man and expect perfections like they think they are angels .I wish them all the luck.

Some of them maybe lucky to find their right man while others will become wall flowers which adorn the walls or on those shelves and gather cobwebs on them.

As they get older, they will become more desperate and their high level bar will come down lower and lower. They prefer men around their ages but they lacked the experience and social grace . While those men who have those qualities are too old for them. One has youth and the other experience. Never the twine shall meet.

What do they expect from the men?

He has to be intellectual, knowledgeable and a good conversationalist and a perfect gentleman .Being a good conversationalist means he must be a good listener and knows what to say the right things at the right time to her.

This comes with experience and through trials and errors because not all girls think alike.What is meat to one ,maybe poison to another.
The men should not be too possessive and control her thoughts or asked her to account for what she does when she is not with him. This will indicate his lack of trust, confidence and insecurity in the relationship. It is a big turn off.

In the early stages of romance, it will not be tolerated by the females. The men must be on their best behaviors at all time and pander to their whims and fancies. She expects him to act that way even after the marriage. She demands to be treated like a queen in the early stages of the chase.

She wants to have a relationship and at the same time be independent ,wanting the best of both worlds . She can be traditional  or the modern, liberated and emancipated women when it suits her . She expects the men to lead and yet at the same time wants him to be in tow behind her. That is the paradox of life and being with woman.

Most men must learn to hold back their fears and jealousies .He should learn to close one eye or 'hear no evil, see no evil and talk no evil,' to have a happy and long lasting relationship.

Being young and inexperience, the guy will flop and disappoint her. Guys the  same age as her will most often fail her high expectations and the romance would break up  after some time.

She may not aim for a a very rich man but she would be looking for a man who is some where on the same financial level or above her. If they cannot catch a big fish then prawns will do.

She wants all his love, his time and his money.Many men will have to juggle all those three and he will not be able to satisfy her.

Many men will not find a right partner because of the high criteria and they are looking for Vietnamese brides who are just too happy to marry any good men as long as they are able to provide them a decent living.

In the beginning , everything is just so fine and sweet and you think s/he is the one you are looking for .

When the magic portion disappears or the honeymoon period is over , you will see the faults of an imperfect person ; you begin to have doubts and this could make or break your relationships.

There comes a time when you realized that s/he is not the perfect one for you and you want to move on with your life .

How would you break the news gently to him/her  as diplomatically as possible , minimizing any fallouts or collateral damage.

There is no way you can escape the pain and effects of a failed relationship. The pain will be more on the receiver side as being dumped or rejected is very demoralizing .

After much deliberations , you think you had enough of him and it is time to bid adieu to your beau . Breaking up is such sweet sorrow and you will have to perform the job whether you liked it or not.

What is the best way to apply the medicine so that the victim will not feel the pain nor linger on in abject miseries for all his life ?

Will you administer the short and the quick ' go for the jugular' or will it be the slow  but still deadly  poison method ?

If you still do not know how to dump your soon to be ex, you can always asked the 'Guru of Knowledge Google .'

According to some experts on love affairs , you should be direct and be face to face with that person. For most girls , they would rather hear it from the lips of that person to confirmed the truth . Any other way by text, message or phone cannot be taken as the truth.

The message or text could be send by someone other than the original person. Just tell it as what you feel inside your heart . The end justify the means.

Should you leave your husband if he restarted his affairs again?

Once bitten twice shy. If he rekindles the affairs a second time with her or with another new girl, then it is time to leave. There is no more hope in that marriage.

Do not live in your dream world because your trust and love has been trampled on like pearls before swines. He does not know how to appreciate you nor understand what love is all about .

Nothing will change for the better , it will only get from bad to worse and you will get more depressed. and maybe ulcers in your stomach. You can forgive once but not a second time .

For to do that would be like a sheep trusting the wolf. He will go on from one affair to another affair or he could be a serial player.

Why settle for someone whose heart is not there for you but some where else ?

Physically near but yet the heart is not there. The love is gone and the house without love is like a cold and dreary morgue.

You cannot find happiness in this type of environment. The best course of actions is to leave to save yourself from more disasters. Counseling and more talks will not help resolve the problems.

The only answer is to leave him and start your own life again. Let him go and allow him the freedom to do whatever he likes. You cannot hold a man down nor use the children to tie him to you.

It is better to be alone and happy than to be together but sad. What is the point of staying together when you cannot please each other but fight like a cat and dog everyday. It will affect the children too.

Divorce is the only answer and that is my personal views. When it costs more to repair a ship, it is time to get a new ship. Prepare yourself to leave the sinking ship or you would be dragged down to the abyss in the cold and icy waters like the Titanic.

Egyptian Woman Gives Birth To Septuplets ...

"CONGRATULATIONS " to Ghazala Khamis, 27, from Alexandria in Egypt. She must be the proudest mom in the whole world .

I think the the most number of babies born to a single person is octuplets (8) and in some of the cases, some of them did not survive due to their premature birth or to the lack of modern medical facilities.

I do not think she went for IVF which can occasionally produce twins, triplets or quadruplets from the mother because those doctors insert two or three embryos for a greater chance   of having a baby.

How will she manage to take care of all of them ?
That is a question which she will have to face. I hope those milk companies and those public company or the government would sponsor her for their upkeeps.

Otherwise she may have to give them up for adoptions. That would be very sad.

She recently gave birth by caesarian operations to septuplets, 4 boys and 3 girls , their weights ranging from 3.2 pounds to 6.17 pounds.

Talk about having one baby is so tiring , let alone 7 in her womb. The doctor decided to have the operation because those babies were getting bigger and heavier and it was for the safety of the mother and babies that they had to be born .

The new borns are being placed in incubators because they were born premature at 8 months.
Khamis, the wife of a farmer hailing from the northern province of Beheira, is already the mother of three girls. She was admitted to the hospital two months earlier.

I wished her and the babies all the best. God Bless her .
The BBC reported that the health ministry is sponsoring their milk and nappies for two years.One major problem out of the way.

Whether you can consider it another life or not depends on you . Those doctors just suck out their brains and body parts during the process. Some of those doctors have conscience.

We do not know which experts to believe. Those researchers contradict each other. We will have to based our opinions on the experiences of those who went through the abortions.

It is difficult to understand those who went through it and say that they are not affected by it. Either they are a hypocrite or their minds are so dulled that they cannot register any feelings or they could be living in denial .

Even after 20 or 30 years or while you are still alive, you will be affected by the decision to have an abortion.

After many years, the pain may have dulled somewhat but there is always the tinge of regret of that action.

Most women generally regretted the decision to abort . Those who did not abort felt right when they had the baby .When you see your beautiful baby , you will forget about everything.

You can get a degree anytime while you are still alive but having a baby is a God given gift because there are many women who cannot have babies or are barren.

When you think of the China woman in this part of the world , you would inevitably have an unfavourable and stereotype concept of them. Most of them whom you have met or heard or seen are here to make money by hook or crook and send them back to support their poor and aged  parents or sick and unemployed husbands and young children back home They are here on a mission and whatever it takes them to do , even selling their souls to the devil , they will try their very best to achieve their aims and objectives. They are different in look and mannerisms of the local Chinese women in Malaysia.Sometimes the lines do blurred as they blend in with the local population. Most of those China women are young and they are very hot and moved in groups with their country women or with their pimps or escorts. While the more popular Vietnamese women are here to stay, the China women are only here for a short stint to make as much money as possible before her time is up. They are like the Indonesian maids, the Filipino maids who have to leave their country because of the lack of opportunities for them to earn a decent living . Those China girls do not want to be maids as they cannot earn much. They would rather do anything to get rich quick and the only job available for them is to engaged in the oldest profession which pays handsomely in the shortest time .   The older ones  may find another easier job by living as a mistress to those middle aged and pot bellied men who will keep them until their money ran out. 'No money no honey.' This created a lot of social problems in the society with the men getting divorced or neglecting their duties to their spouse. The new ones will be brought in to work as guest relation officer (GRO ) in those night clubs and Karaoke joints or pubs . It is just a front for prostitution as two willing adults can do whatever they want after an exchange of favours. They are here not to enjoy but to make as much as they can because what they are doing is illegal by law and they risk going to jail if caught . They come here on a social visit pass which does not allow them to work in this country. They go back and spread the good news and more China girls will follow in the 'El Dorado' trails.

The China Olympics which is now on in Beijing at this moment has shown the real and true qualities of the China women. They have excelled in sporting competitions , in education, in business and soon to be in politics. Of the 27 gold medals that China has bagged so far, 17 were won by China's women athletes. Since 1949, the government of People's Republic of China has actively promoted the social, economic and political roles of women in society. While advancing progress in promoting equality among men and women, the efforts met resistance in a traditionally Confucian society of male superiority. There is no doubt that the China men are more chauvinistic even until today. They expect their wife to be submissive to them and they want to lord over them. It is like the coming off age of the China women into the 21st century and it is a great loss if they are neglected or sidelined. A country's greatness is it's human resources. If a country does not give the opportunities to it's people than it will slip into the reverse gear like a certain country where it practices Apartheid policies favouring only a particular race causing the best brains to leave. China is supposed to be a classless society under the communist system of government where everyone is supposed to be equal. The Chinese burgeoning population growth forced the government to implement the harsh and cruel one child per family law. Many of those families prefered a male child because of the Chinese culture and many baby girls were terminated after the results were known . The China Olympics have pushed the China women to the fore and the world is taking notice of them now. Women make up of 50 % of the population of most countries and to ignore them would be a peril. Most of the workforce now consist of women . Go into any bank,office and factory and you will see almost 90% of them are of the fairer sex. Soon, the females will rule the world in the not too distant future as the males retreat from the onslaught of their aggressive forays into the men's world.

I t was once the domain of the rich and the wealthy who had to protect their wealth and their sanity. If they did not do that , they may have to pay out in millions to their ex spouse . There are women who marry and got divorce after a year or two and got huge sums in alimony payments . Today , many ordinary folks in the land down under are going to the lawyers to sign prenuptial agreements before they want to get married. "AUSTRALIAN couples are turning to lawyers to settle weekly household arguments over who cleans the toilet, walks the dog and even how much their partner should weigh." I wonder why they would want to get married if they cannot agree with those terms or agreed upon it but must have it in black and white. Is love, trust and commitments not enough? Do they trust those small slips of paper than the love for each other? Can they guarantee what the future holds? It is like they are deluding themselves if they added those extra conditions other than their wealth . Australians are more realistic and more pragmatic about the value of love and can quantify it by having a contract that specifies all the roles in a marriage. They can then break up if the conditions are not met. Marriage has become like a business preposition .

It sounds so mercenary and devoid of love and care which is a prerequisite for a good and long lasting marriage. In celebrity prenups, infidelity clauses are common. Michael Douglas agreed to pay Catherine Zeta-Jones millions should he stray, and Denise Richards made similar requirements of Charlie Sheen. Others such as Paul McCartney, Greg Norman and Jessica Simpson have been stung for millions in divorce settlements without a prenup. -Daily Telegraph. No one would hope that their marriage would end even before they want to get married. Some people are more savvy and hope to have an insurance , just in case the marriage does not work out. It maybe about the financials but anything more than that is not worth putting it on paper. You can put everything in black and white and then getting a judgment against your spouse but enforcing the ruling is a different matter . You may win but get nothing in return and have to pay all those lawyer's expenses. It maybe unromantic and take the wind out of your sail but it prevents heartbreaks in the long run. There is never knowing what will happen when your love morphed  into a monster. Would you sign a prenuptials and all those cranky  ideas and separation of roles in the marriage?

There are cops who are also robbers during their spare times. They could not make ends meet or they had big gambling debts and had to resort to this way of solving their problems.

Many a cop supplement their incomes by asking for donations when motorist are caught breaking the law. Instead of issuing summons which only give them more paper works, they would settle it at a fraction of the compound .

In some third world nations , the cop or the whole station maybe on the take. There are senior officers who have millions in their bank accounts. They are not only the chief but also the Godfather of the underworld.

They are the most prolific breeders , found in abundance and they are very hardy and can survive in any tough conditions. They can spread germs and plagues and because of this ,many people have a phobia or bias and prejudice against eating them.

They can be a pest and steal your food , sharpened their teeth on your soap or any wooden parts in your house. They can be very destructive and bite any rubber hose, gas pipes or wires and cause you heartaches.

There are the city rats, the country rats and those rats that are kept as cute pets. Those town rats can be gigantic and appear out of the sewer holes and are not afraid of the people.

The country rats are cleaner because they eat more greens than those town rats which fed on those polluted foods. There is no commercial rat farms yet as this menu is not very popular and more over, there are many that can be caught in the countryside.

There are many people in some countries who eat this delicacy and they are well and healthy. It is just the perceptions. If the meat was prepared well, you would not know which animal it came from.

The Chinese eat all kinds of exotic animals and they have no taboo's. God made all kinds of animals in this world and all can be eaten except certain animals are forbidden in some religions.

I would not follow a religion which forbids the eating of any animals. What has eating with a certain animal to do with religion? We do not have to follow all those old dietary laws in the Old Testament anymore.

When I was a young Christian ,I was told that we should not eat the blood of animals because it represents life. There was one pastor who would not eat chicken if there was some blood on the bones. Tell that to the Masai people of Kenya who drink the blood of cattle's.

We have been psyche that this animal is dirty or a taboo .Since we have a choice , most of us will not eat rat meat but one day should you be lost in a place where there is no food, you will have to eat anything that walks or crawls in order to survive.

They are not different from chickens,pigs or cows which can cause sickness if the animal is sick or infected. With millions of poor people, the rat meat is a good source of free and cheap protein,
Treat it like a chicken and after one gulp or two , you will get addicted to it. LOL!

With food prices escalating beyond some of the poor, this idea of eating rat meat seems more feasible . It taste better than chickens as claimed by some . Maybe it tastes like between a chicken and a frog. Many of the poor traditionally eat rats that they hunted in their paddy fields.

You can cook the rats into tasty dishes . Substitute the chicken meat or pork or meat with rat meat in your menu. You can see how they are prepared by those cooks.

Not only rats, we may have to eat other exotic foods when the food is scarce and expensive.Soon , some of the animal species will become extinct due to the opening of the new lands or destruction of their habitats or they ended up in someone's dinner table.

Even their youngs are not spared. Those hairless young rats born after a few days with their eyes not opened are eaten raw . They will wrap them with a salad leaf and then swallow whole or the brave ones biting onto them . Eeeeooow!

For the Chinese people, nothing is wasted, anything that can be eaten , will be eaten. It is a culture that learned from many years of hardship and survival instincts.

Everything just went like clockwork with precisions and perfections and the opening ceremony of the China Olympics 2008 was a super fantastic show on Earth.

However,some details have emerged which have lead to some controversies over the decision to have one girl lip-sync another's voice.

No one notice the faked show until the musical director revealed the act in the open.

That girl with the cute voice was not given any recognition at all and this is wrong in the eyes of many.

They should have announced the truth after the act and display her to the world.It does not matter if she is not good looking but hiding the truth can backfire and hurt them. We were all taken for a ride .

Whether it is ethical or morally wrong is subject to one's interpretations.

In their quest for perfections and achieving the overall best performance in the opening ceremony,those officials used a combination of a physically cuter girl with a sweeter voice from another not so cute looking girl.

In a sparkling red dress, 9-year-old Lin Miaoke soared on wires above the Bird's Nest national stadium and mouthed the words to "Ode to the Motherland" before 91,000 people attending the ceremony and a worldwide television audience estimated in the billions.

But the voice everybody heard was a prerecorded version of the song by 7-year-old Yang Peiyi, who officials decided sounded better than Miaoke but did not look as good.

Another faked event was some of the fireworks were downloaded from a computer to the T.V to make it look more jazzy and the possibility of the weather which may spoil the show.

I do not blame them , but they should at least tell the truth . They did live up to the expectations of holding a world class events and we should forgive them for such mistakes.

I hope that little girl will be accorded the rightful recognition due to her . She should not be punished because she does not look perfect.It is about talents and not beauty.

She is just a kid with an innocent face like an angel and if she was given a make over by those experts, she would look beautiful and presentable too.

In our eyes, she is a darling and a cute little and beautiful angel.

Is it right or wrong for a Christian to have tattoo's even if the graphic maybe a religious one ?
Honestly, there are just too many controversies in this Christian religion.One will have to have one's own religious guidelines if we want to have peace with ourself. It is because of this , going to a church can be a problem when you do not agree with the leaders or the majority decision.

There is no perfect church in this world and you should not go and waste your time looking for one.

In some countries ,the government can criminalize those religious laws. Whether it is right to criminalize God's laws is a different matter.

Some Christian sects forbid any images of the snake or dragon as it represents Satan. Other images are the statues of the Gods of the other religions and even those books on magic or self defense were also banned. Some even banned their followers from watching T.V , Movies and DVD's because of the Satanic movies .

If you think , it is not wrong, just go ahead. As long as your conscience does not trouble you , there is nothing wrong in having tattoos anywhere on your body. If you think you value that person's opinion or person , then you should not have it. Otherwise, they can get lost and who cares about what they think?

We know that the Old Testament does not apply to us anymore but there are some Christians who are not aware of this fact or do not accept this fact. You may meet some of those fanatics and they would even condemn you if you have some other emblems or insignias you wear on your body. They would tell you that it represents the devil.

A woman with a tattoo can be discriminated against in some segment of our society. Some of them may regret later and removed them .Some women tattoo their eye brows for a permanent look. They will save time drawing them daily.


Whatever you do to your body , it is your right and others can just bugged off. God does not look at the externals or what you wear on the outside. He looks inside your heart.

Those who looked pious , holier than thou and judged you can be like those white washed tombs, white on the outside but black inside their heart,a religious hypocrite.They maybe able to hide their sins from you but not from God.

They picked on you while they chose to ignore those that they do not like. No one can follow all those laws in the Bible.


God said no man is righteous , for all have sinned before Him.

All things are permissible, but not all things are beneficial (1 Corinthians 10:23).

Same Sex Marriage

They is no mention about this in the Bible and it is a grey area. As a result there are controversies regarding this gay marriage. The church is split into two camps. I can only speak for myself as an individual .

I believe that everyone of us will have to decide whether you can accept gay marriages or not.If some one believed it is against the Bible , let him believed it .

We cannot tell him or say that he is wrong. Many Christians may interpret the Bible and believed what they think it is right.

We know from the historical perspective that sometimes our beliefs may have been wrong for ages until some one pointed it out to us.

There is this possibility that we maybe wrong and we should keep an open mind about our beliefs. We should not be rigid about what we have learnt.

Whatever your beliefs, one would respect other's beliefs and will leave you alone and will neither judge you nor condemn you.

As an individual , it is easier to belief what we want but as a church , the leader will have to decide the right course of action. Whatever actions those leaders take, it will not please everyone

Religion is to teach and make us a better person .If religion is abused and twisted to one's belief , then it is wrong.

We cannot feel that we are the chosen ones and all the others who do not believe the same will go to Hell .

In certain countries, religion is used as a control on the masses by those in power.

Gay or not gay , that is your decision. Right or wrong ,it is between you and God .Who am I to judge you for your sexual preferences?

It may not be the gay issue alone but could be many theological issues which can divide the believers.

If you are not gay , you cannot pretend to be a gay . It would be repulsive and offensive to you. You cannot pretend to be one.

Do you really understand why they are gay ?

How dare you who are not gay simply condemn them because you believed what some one told you according to the Bible.

Why do you swallow hook ,line and sinker and not use your brain to think. What if someone condemned you as a religious freak? Are you not ?

If you do not have love for your fellow mankind, then you do not have God in your heart. You are not worshiping God but the devil in disguis

Christians should not force the Bible down other's throat or bang on their heads. That is not the right way.

Condemning others is also wrong. What makes them think that they are right and others are wrong? Did God make them your custodian of your soul?

Even if you are right by quoting Bible verses but if you have no love , you are just like an empty gong. All talk but no actions. Faith without works is dead.

This world is full of self righteous and holier than thou people and you can meet them everywhere. Religious freaks or nuts or extremist or fanatics come to the mind.

This is a terrible state to be in and it is soul and gut wrenching to decide whether you want to keep the baby or to have an abortion. She did not asked for it but she became the young arbiter of life not of her own choosing. At 16, she could not be matured enough to decide the outcome for herself.. For if she had wanted to keep the baby , she will need a lot of moral , mental and financial support of her parents or the state. Many of the victims would want to terminate it as the law allows such a process. Have we really understood or study the repercussions of wanting to dispose of the baby ? No one can force the girl to keep the baby if she does not want. There are a lot of emotional, mental, moral and psychological factors which may affect her decision.

One brave girl decided to keep her baby and only her mother agreed with her while the father and the whole world were against it. They had to fight against all those stereotype bias and prejudices from that society and she had to seek counsellings to overcome her fears ,disgusts and the nightmares. In this particular case, she was brought up with a very strong will against abortions . The baby lived because of her convictions and she never regretted having her . The baby is innocent and what a cute baby , bringing joy to the mother and her mother. Many young girls got pregnant because of the casual sex attitude in this present young generations and the lack of sex education. They decided that it was not the right time for them to have a family and as a result , many of them went for the abortion. I do not want to sound judgmental but I personally believed that whatever happens, we should not have an abortion unless the baby has serious birth defects. Do you agree with her decision?

At 8.08 pm on 08-08-08 in the year of the rat in the Chinese calendar , the greatest show in the Olympics and on Earth , the Beijing Olympics exploded with splendour and the grandest extravaganza never seen before in the olympics and in this world.

The choreographed show took them seven year to plan this event. At the cost of £25million, in front of 80 world leaders and a worldwide audience of four billion. The next Olympics would be in London in 2012 .It is held after every 4 years.

That is a huge sum of money and I hope they would be able recover those expenses through all those media rights and those tourist who came to watch the Olympics.

In the center of the stadium was a huge LED screen , the biggest in the world and the most costliest you can imagine. Cutting edge technology was used and combined with the eye catching lighting systems and multimedia video shows to present to you ,this greatest show on earth.

It was the efforts of Yu Jian Ping, director of the technology group for the opening ceremony , who lead a team of 500 strong experts and the whole opening ceremony went without a hitch. Kudo's to all those genius minds!

Zhang Yimou, China's most famous filmmaker, directed the opening ceremony, saying it had been a "glorious, but arduous" challenge. It is no wonder that unbelievable scene was like out of a futuristic movie . More like a time travel ,back to the past.

It was an awesome ,Earth shattering, heart stopping and simply magnificent display beyond words . The synchronized footsteps in the sky walking towards the stadium which shaped like a bird's nest ,those square boxes which had a life of it's own and I thought it was controlled by computers but with real people inside of it and that picture of that white dove created by people were simply an awe inspiring sight to behold.

There were so many special effects and majestic events which left the millions of spectators worldwide spellbound.

It is a great tribute and success to those planners and to China for holding this greatest show on Earth.They have proven their ability to hold such a big event. All praise to them for this greatest show on earth.

The build-up to the event was dogged by worries over pollution and criticism of China's human rights record . Thanks God, the games proceeded smoothly . Every political and divisive differences are now being put aside as China showcase it's talents in this grand sporting event .

As I wrote this post, weightlifter Chen Xiexia won the first Olympic gold for the Chinese delegation in women's 48kg class weightlifting competition. GO! GO! GO! CHINA!!!! China is leading with 2 golds in the medal tally .

Who was that mysterious girl on that rotating globe ?

Chinese singer Liu Huan and British singer Sarah Brightman sang the theme song of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

As well as being the eve of the Olympics, yesterday was Double Seventh Festival day, an ancient celebration similar to Valentine's Day in China.

The Qixi Festival, as it is known in Mandarin, falls on the 7th day of the 7th lunar month each year.
