Sleeping with the boss.
The office where you work and spend most of your time is a fertile ground for office romances. It is the place where you know each other more intimately and feelings can develop.
It is inevitable when you have a room where both the opposite sex mingles daily. The laws of natural attractions or carnal instincts will be present .
It may start innocently at first but it can slowly lead you further on without your realizing it and finally ending up in the bedroom and the start of a hot and sizzling affair.
It is usually the younger women falling for the older bosses. In this modern age of female emancipation's and liberalizations, many of those office piranha's are not bothered with his marital status. Single or married, they will go in for the kill and claim their prizes.
From their point of view, he is their knight in shinning armour on a white horse who will sweep them off their feet and lead them to the gateway to their fairy tale dreams.
Everything is so nice and spicy and like living in a paradise.Their initial objections will soon give way to pleasure and delight in their new loving and intimate relationship.
Stolen affairs are always exciting and enjoyable. She does not know that or realize that her sweet dreams will be just empty dreams only.
Even if she realizes it , she is powerless to extradite herself from that mess. She is like being swept away by the tidal waves of loves ,lies and deceits and finally drowns in the sea of bitterness .
For the boss who is most probably married and have kids, she is an escapade from his dull , boring and married life. He will never leave his wife for you and all he can do is to cheat and lie to you and make plenty of promises which will never be kept.
If you are thinking that you can rise faster in your career by sleeping with the boss, you will sadly be disappointed to find out that you have been manipulated ,used and will be abandoned in the end.
If your boss is single and available , there is a chance that you maybe able to hook him up and land the big catch.
Sleeping with the boss is fraught with dangers.You will have to do a fine balancing act and not fall prey to the wolves in sheep's skin.

Should women say 'I love you' first ?
If you love the man ,will you tell him the great news or will you wait for him to tell you first ?
There are two school of thoughts on this important matter. I think one should not be too rigid and apply the rule across the board. It will depend on your depth of your relationship with him and whether you love him more than he loves you .
You may get confused with the conflicting views from both sides. There is no law to forbid you from telling him first . It is only the opinions of those people who think that it is better to let him tell you first.
Whether you do agree with them or not is your decisions. We are no more living in the Victorian era and expects everything to be set in motion by the men. Women and men are now equal in this modern world. There are no more distinctions between the sexes.
There is no black and white and hard and fast rule . If you feel the strong urge to tell him first,go ahead or keeping it inside of you will make you go crazy.
A man and a woman will have different reactions when told that s/he is loved . For a man , he would continue the relationship and will reassess the relationship ,if he really can love her back.
If he loves her, then it would make his job easier. If he does not love her, he would still continue that relationship with her and it suffers no harm.
Whereas, a woman may break off the relationship when she is not in love with him or the relationship is put on ice . A man's fear of rejections is greater than a woman.
If you are going to wait for him to say first, you will have to wait for 100 years because some men will never bring themselves to do that.From past experiences, they got rejected and the end of the friendship.
It is easier for a woman because it is like going through a Japanese paper wall .While for a man it is like climbing Mt. Everest. Though it is the same thing ,it is easier for a woman because men seldom reject a woman's advances while women have been known to offer stiff or token resistance to the man's overture.
If he is not ready , you can either wait for him to be ready and you will know where you stand with him. If he is not interested, then you can look out for another one and stop wasting your time on him.
You will have to take this risk as you cannot be waiting upon him and this wait may last a long time and you will be wasting your time and your youth on a failed venture.If he is not ready for a commitment, then he is never ready for another 5 or 10 years.
You have been forewarned. If you wait by the sea shore for any hints of those three little words from him, you will sooner turned into a stone statue before those words can ever come out of his mouth.
It does not matter who said it first. If you don't get a favourable response from him , then you need to move on . This will make sure that he is the right man.
If he is doing all the chasing , then you will need to just soak in his affections and those little words will tumble out of his mouth very soon when you response in kind.

How To Impress Your Dinner Date
If you have instant chemistry and can click with each other, you will not have any problems impressing each other. For the most part in the early stages , a lot of us may not discover what turns her on and it may take some exploratory ventures before those sparks can strike like lightnings and shoots through the two opposite terminals.
First impression counts and it is very important if you want to secure another date from her. Being on time is the first of a series of test where she will see how you will perform. Don't come empty handed but with a beautiful bouquet of flowers which will warmth her heart and make her feel serene and happy. Flowers have a special meaning to those ladies.
Women are always giving you tests to gauge your character and probe into your inner soul to get the clues whether you are the one for her or not. She will have to decide if she wants you as only a friend or a potential mate. This will be decided very early on the first date and that is why the men will need to impress her that he is a right potential mate.
Since she takes so much trouble to preen herself for this date, she expects you to do the same and be well groomed, on your best behaviour like a gentleman and treat her properly like a lady. You need not only have to look neat, and clean but you may have to smell sweet and manly too.
Take her to some place that is classy and dine her at the best restaurant as the ambient there will make her feel more romantic and create the right favourable mood for a long esctatic and pleasant night
This is your first date and you should not scrimp and appear cheap. To her opinion , it is not about money but by how much you value her as a person.
To impress those ladies, you will have to be a real and keen listener, keep your outer and inner ears open and really listen to what she says and do not open your mouth too much.
When you talk to her , make sure you are looking into her eyes and not on her chest . The eye is the window into her heart. It shows that you are paying rapt attention to what she is saying to you and those eyes are marvellous to look at when you like her.
Be mysterious and do not divulge too much information about yourself as she will be mystified and would like to know more of you.
Be confident or act confident and do not argue with her but just state your opposing views and let it go.Do not argue with any woman, for you will never win . She will take it personally and it will be the end of this beautiful relationship. She is entitled to her thoughts. Do not agree on everything with her too ,as this will not be a challenge to her.
After the first date , call her up within three days to talk to her and ask her for another date .If she agrees , you are on and the game starts...

Why are you still single and unattached?

The title of his book ,"Treat them mean.." can give a wrong perceptions as no one in the right frame of mind would want to treat their b/f in a very mean way . It would force their b/f to run away or look for another.
I hope after reading his extracts from his book, you would have a better insight into how a man ticks and take the appropriate actions . No two men are the same and you will need to modify and adept it according to your b/f's personality.

Do Men Enjoy Being Pursued ?
"All is fair in love and war! " In this present age, it does not matter who is chasing who as long as they can build up a relationship leading to the alter.
Women are seeking equality and in this present world , those who wait and bait their man will lose in their quest to those who venture out of their shells and meet those men head on.
If you wait for the men to come into your parlour, you may wait till eternity and not find any intrepid men or those men who dare to venture into your cave are not those men that you dream off.
Women employ more sophisticated and subtle techniques than men and those men would not know what hit them till it is too late.
Those who believed in the grandmother's tales that girls should not chase the men as it would be cheap or demeaning is no longer applicable today .You do whatever it takes to land the catch but make sure that he is a good catch or that your efforts would be only a waste of time and you are not being taken advantage off.
Most men would welcome your special attentions on them and they would feel delighted and their ego's boosted. However , this is not always the case as it has to depend on whether she has some attributes which he likes about her. If he does not like her, then it would be definitely be unenjoyable to be chased by her. It could be a case of stalking and it becomes a turn off.
Generally ,it is not easy for a men to woo a girl . There are many walls of resistance from her to tear down . If she opens all those doors and allow him to enter, he would gladly accept the offer.
It is easy for a woman to chase after a man and it is like going through a Japanese paper wall.While a man chasing a woman is like climbing Mt. Everest. There are so many obstacles and booby traps along the mountain trail.
You cannot please or satisfy all those guys . Whatever you do ,you will be judged unfairly by their standards and you will always come up short. You cannot be too hard or too easy , too slow or too fast.
They do enjoy the attentions and being pursued will boost their ego's and if they like you , you will receive favourable response but if they don't like you , you would be branded a cheap and a tramp.
If there is love, then everything is sweet and spicy but if there is no love, the mouth and the heart can be as most fouled as the dirtiest gutter on Earth.
If you can click well after the first impressions, then the game is on...When love is in the air, nothing matters as long as you can be together . Someone has to be an initiator to start the ball rolling..
It only takes a spark to start a fire and it can burn like a runaway wild bush fire.....
